Our waitress was Heather and she was the worst waitress I have ever had. We ordered a bottle of Veuve clicquot. It took her forever to get us the bottle. The only reason we finally got it was bc we asked where it was. She never refilled our waters. She wasn’t even going to order us dessert. We watched the tables around us and the service they received and it was topnotch. It really took away from the ambiance and experience as my mother and aunt have been coming to the zodiac room for close to 70 years. In addition to Heather not being attentive, she was very rude, disrespectful and her demeanor was unprofessional. She acted annoyed by us as if we were a burden. However, we did speak to Edgar and he was so very kind and apologetic. We really appreciate his kindness and making the end of our last zodiac experience better.

This was a delightful experience- all the food items the Zodiac is famous for. The ambiance was so nice. People were dressed the way people used to dress to go to a special place this. It may have been out of respect for the tradition and excellence of Neiman Marcus

The Luncheon buffet was magnificent, and the service was sublime. We enjoyed ourselves for probably our last lunch in the Zodiac room, and we are going to miss the whole experience of strolling through the shops on our way upstairs to the restaurant. The shrimp with orzo pasta was very tasty and the roast beef with carrots and potatoes was marvelous.

The downtown Neiman Marcus is always a wonderful experience - great food, great staff, and great history. It’s such a shame that this iconic location is closing following the acquisition by Saks.

Everything was wonderful! For one last time we enjoyed the delicious specialities: popovers, Stanley's favorite pot roast and the impeccable service. We'll miss this legendary Dallas tradition.
