    Our server, Kennedy was amazing! She was pleasant and proactive with taking care of us. She made sure we quickly had refills On drinks and food. Food was great! We had family style. We also did not feel rushed.

    We arrived early for our reservation and were graciously seated early as seating was available. Service was excellent and food was served in a timely manner. Tina was very pleasant and checked with us to make sure our meal was served as we expected. We had chicken dinner with many sides. It was well prepared

    The service was very good once we got seated. You must have a reservation to get a seated. I don’t think you can walk in. The appetizers were delicious. I was disappointed with the temperature of the chicken and mashed potatoes. We ate family style not the buffet. It was an adventure that added to our holiday. The other times I dined there I enjoyed the buffet. When I go back I wouldn’t do family style.

    Last year they would give you a platter of chicken and we always ordered the mixed chicken. The first platter was very generous and the second platter that they would bring out was smaller yet fine. This year they only gave us two small plates. One plate had a half a chicken breast cut and the other half of chicken breast with a little wing on a small plate. The other small plate contained one chicken leg and one back. Yes, we could’ve ordered more chicken, but it would just take too long. Very different this year And I don’t think it’s worth the price that they’re still charging. I will say the weight staff is great. We haven’t been to Barvarian Inn, we’ll have to try that one next.

    Zehnders is always a must when visiting the Frankenmuth area. The service is always great and the food is so good! We had the family style chicken dinner which is my favorite!! Just a great overall experience I highly recommend
