   We've been coming here for years so this review is a first. We sat outside under a heater as we had a pet with us. Willow Street is a very dog friendly restaurant. Our server didn't offer the dog water. The palm tree had dropped sticky dates all over the patio that the manager didn't have cleaned up that the dog proceeded to step and lay in. Service was totally fine. Attentive without being obtrusive and friendly. Our chicken wing appetizer was fatty/greasy and the calamari appetizer was soggy and limp. We didn't finish either appetizer. Our mains were good: Willow burger with fries - this is an old standard. The overly thick pita bread is a bit much though. Cobb salad - a fav, no issues here. Chicken lime salad - not sure but my dining companion enjoyed it all. Vodka shrimp pasta - first time we'd ordered this. The same was just 'ok' - the Pastaria down the street does a better job with this one.

   We had the personal chicken garlic pizza, which was really good and cooked perfectly. Also had the romaine gorgonzola salad. It was good, but too much dressing on it. The happy hour from 4-6pm is a good deal.

   As always a great meal. We had gluten free pizzas, dairy free, and a combination of both. We love that our difficult allergies can be handled and still get a great meal.

   Poor service. Walkways too narrow and seats too close together. I could got get out of my seat because the table next to us was crammed so close. Waited over 10 minutes to just get greeted and from waitress and then more time just for water. Disappointed

   One of us had the lunch special combo with the mini pizza and subbed chili for salad. Other had the Cobb salad. Both were delicious with excellent service and a real value in today’s world. $42 including tip. The restaurant is celebrating their 30th anniversary so doing a lot right!

   Fantastic food, drinks and service. This is a great restaurant to bring the entire family. The braised short ribs are amazing. Also love the pizzas. I highly recommend giving Willow Street a visit if in Los Gatos.

   No problems with New Year’s Eve reservations. We were seated immediately. Balsamic chicken delicious.

    Service was good; we were seated (with a reservation) right away. The food lacked something, though. The pesto gnocchi was fine but the mushroom pasta really wasn't. We didn't even take it home--especially given that they provide plastic clamshell take out containers. They can be better and use compostable one. Disappointing sans the service.
