   Christmas meal was great for most part. Lots of very nice and attentive staff. Gravy was not thick, other than that food was terrific. Staff was first rate.

   They don’t validate parking anymore. Smoked wings amazing Awesome that they were open December 24th at night

   The steak we ordered was really nice, our server was quite attentive and the ambience was nice. I enjoyed my time there.

   The food was descent but with only one of other customer in the restaurant, we had very poor service. The waitress only completed the very minimum duties. She served our food and that was it. Our drinks were never refilled, when we asked for a small container for the appetizer, it felt like she threw it on the table. She never removed our extra plates,so we had to set them on the table beside us. We never had the opportunity to ask for condiments or actual knives. When I tried to find out why she was not helping us,I discovered her eating and playing on her phone. Not once did she ask how the food was. Worst service I have ever experienced.

   The food was very good, however the service was below average. Each portion of our meal had an issue. Appetizer, main course and dessert. Perhaps it was due to inexperience. Our appetizer never did come as they were going to bring it with the meal. They forgot the risotto with the main course, so we were all finished our meal by the time they made it and brought it out (and it was undercooked as they were trying to rush it out). The dessert came and they forgot the caramel sauce on top (most important ingredient in this dessert). We have had dining take out before and it has been excellent. This particular night wasn't great at all.

   The soups were bland and lacking flavour, very watery. The pulled pork was dried out and cold, the fries were good, the ribs were tough, the beet salad was nice. Their house made pickles are atrocious. The server was good and friendly. Nice table layout, and the lighting was nice.

   Positives - the food and service was good. Downside - was very warm inside the restaurant - no air movement. I also had reserved a high table but we were seated at a low table.

   Came for a nice chill evening dinner with my wife, daughter and mother(88). Loved that it's not very loud and could hear each other during our conversation. The food was average, but quantities were sufficient. I've had better meals here so I still regard everything as better then most.
