    Food was great, drinks were good. Desert amazing my only gripe, we went to the bar, being 15 minutes early. Waited 15 passed reservation time for table.

    I rarely leave reviews but we had the worst experience at this . We were there to celebrate a birthday, but it was not really much of a celebration at this restaurant. I had the chicken and the chicken was so dry. He can barely chew it. My daughter-in-law had the state she said medium, it was so rare. The steaks are not cheap there so she told the waitress, the waitress apologized, brought it back, once we got the steaks back, we find out that they just heated it up, which made the steak so over cooked and well done that you couldn’t even eat the steak because it was so leathery. Once we were done with our meal, we started to cut the cake that we had brought, waitress didn’t even offer to cut the cake. We had to ask for plates, didn’t even get a happy birthday from the waitress, not good. We received a check didn’t ask us if we wanted any coffee or anything felt like we were so rushed to get out of there. There were other little small things that I’m not even gonna bother displaying like bringing me wrong drinks and etc but wanted to point out the highlights. I have two stars because of the ambiance.

    Horrible service. Waited more than 30 minutes to get WATER!! Let alone order drinks/apps. We entered and was greeted by 3 high school girls who thought it was passing period, and were full of giggles. Like cmon, a bit more level or professionalism. Then one of them seated us, said “X” server will be with us and we waited more than 30 minutes until the server who was taking care of the table next to us, noticed us with no service. He was great! Helped out and came to the rescue. I will admit though, the food was phenomenal! Excellent food! Even the side pairings were delicious! But that delay in service gotta go

    We were seated right away and the server provided excellent service and attention. The portion of the side size was the only disappointment. Out of a party of six, my food arrived cold but was replaced quickly.

    Service was terrible. Ordered the filet salad and it was chopped up meat that was fatty and inedible. So disappointed with this experience. Then forced to give a 20% tip with their handheld computer to pay bill. Ugh!

    Our server, Rachel, was helpful in ordering. The food was brought so out table in a short amount of time. My meal and my wife’s meal were well prepared and tasty. This was not out first trip to White Chocolate and it will not be our last.
