   Great dinner. They accommodated our request for a table instead of a booth. And when it was hot at our table because the heat vent was right above us they had it turned off and opened a window. Food was excellent! Highly recommend.

   The meal started out bad. The server didn’t come to the table until we flagged him down. His excuse was that no one told him that we were seated. We ordered an appetizer while we were deciding on the main course. We then ordered another appetizer that never came. It was a late reservation so the restaurant was starting to empty out. After 10 or so minutes, we flagged down the server to cancel the rest of the order. Another server brought our main course so we decided to stay. We never received the 2nd appetizer. Although this is one of my favorite restaurants, I was disappointed in the experience. We unloaded on the server who brought the main course. He must have told the Manager, who came out. I was impressed with the professionalism exhibited, as he listened and empathized with us and wasn’t defensive. Although unnecessary, he comp’d the meal and also gave us another meal to go.

   Always on point. Quickly seated and greeted. Great menu. Excellent wine list, and clever cocktails. Good service, engaging and helpful. The tartare is absolutely fantastic. Wonderful salmon, clever preparation and composition, and perfectly delicious. Chicken sandwich is huge and very tasty, the flavors weaving together. Enjoy.

   I celebrated my birthday at Wayfare Tavern with my husband and son. The dinner was delicious and the whole experience was perfect. I especially loved the table by the fireplace and how great the service was.

   The food and ambiance was very good and our server was attentive without being over bearing. The gentleman who seated us was very welcoming. We were there for my son's birthday. I had the butter lettuce salad and the Tavern Burger both which were excellent.

   The service was horrible. Waited 15 minutes before our server came over to us and when he did he didn’t even take our drink order. We ended up ordering everything at once because it had been 20 minutes of sitting around with nothing. The Mac n cheese was a great texture but lacked flavor. The butter lettuce salad was AMAZING, everything was on point with the it and the dressing was full of flavor 10/10. The burgers were good, but nothing special in my opinion 8/10. My mojito tasted like tonic water and rum. Zero flavor it was horrible. 0/10. The service was that really deserved a low review. He didn’t deliver the food nor did he ever come by and check on us after it arrived. He didn’t give us a dessert menu let alone even offer because the next time we saw him was after we flagged him for the check after being done with our food for well over 20 minutes. It was ridiculous. 0/10 (his other tables were also having to flag him down for checks)
