We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, but the reservation note wasn’t acknowledged. We ordered steak, and the mashed potatoes were greasy and bland. For the amount I spent, I would have preferred going to Capital Grille.

I had to ask for bread, the wedge salad they were cheap with the bacon and when I order a steak medium I don’t want to have to send it back because it was rare

It was my 50th bday and vday so wanted a special night out. It took our server 15 minutes to come to our table and greet us. Appetizers took forever, food took forever, dessert took forever and getting the check took forever. We were required to order the prix fix meal in advance but we were still there over 3 hours with my family. Unacceptable and extremely disappointing for the amount of money we had to shell out.

Terrific Experience. 5-6 years ago I went to Washington Prime. I had ordered a steak “Black and Blue” and it wasn’t cooked to my liking. It left me questioning its rating as “Best Steakhouse”. This time was entirely different. My wife and I went for Valentines’s Day. It was amazing. Steak Tartare, Duck Breast, NY Strip, Salmon toast. Amazing. The cocktails, amazing. 10/10. Would go again!
