   I was so excited to visit this restaurant for my birthday which also happens to be on Valentine’s Day. The restaurant was decorated beautifully and the people were very friendly. However, after being seated everything went downhill from there. The waiter gave very poor service. We were seated about 8:40pm. We got our drinks after my husband had to speak with someone about bringing it to us about 35 minutes later. Our appetizers followed up about 20 minutes after our drinks and then our dinner finally came out at 10 o’clock and we only ordered salmon and rice. We were so appalled with the service that we ate a lil because we were hungry and we had to leave. We waited so long for everything while other people around us were getting served quickly. I think the server Petra needs to more training on how to be a good waiter. Once you take orders you see that people get their things quickly. Also hubby needed to use the bathroom and he had to leave the table, and ride the elevator to C level- basement. There are no bathrooms on the restaurant floors.. crazy!!!! 2/14/25

   horrible experience on Valentine’s Day. The food was cold, the customer service was poor, and the meal was expensive.

   The view was to amazing and the good made the experience just that much better. As we was greet at the entrance to the ball room with long stem red roses and taken to our table with an amazing view of the city. We knew we made the perfect choice. The food was great and we even got to witness a proposal!! Love was definitely in the air.

   The service was great. We loved the ambience. The food was well made. We ordered the shrimp, the octopus and the baked cheese for appetizers and they were all excellent. My wife ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked to order and very tender. I would go there every time I visit New York.

   Went to the NYE celebration (12/31/2024). The place itself is beautiful. Smaller than I expected, but very nice to take someone out on a date. I imagine that in the summer this place is a great place to go as it has a beautiful view of the city and is on the roof top. Food wasn't bad, but a little overpriced for the serving size and what was available There was an open bar, but There was no drink menu, instead it was anything you wanted. I think for these events, just to make it easier for the bartender and now spending so much time waiting for a drink, there should have been a set number of drinks available to stream line the process. The service was just okay. There were times that my date an I felt ignored, up until near the end of the night. initially when we arrived, you can tell the waitstaff was un-enthusiastic about being there in the first place. Attitudes improved as the night progressed. at Midnight we had a chance to step outside, and although it was raining, it was nice to see the city scape. This isnt a bad place in general, and I imagine that any other night would have been better. I think they were overwhelmed with the NYE celebrations. Ill try it again when the summer/spring rolls around to see if there is a different vibe. Worth a shot if youre nearby.

   The service was almost the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The waitress stood in front of us, just staring, looking at other people talking on her phone texting on her phone. It was almost impossible to get anything we needed however, the food was well worth a return visit.

   Celebrated my birthday here,and yes I enjoyed the service food and ambiance 100%shout out to my waitress she went above n beyond for us !!!
