   Had a great dinner, the beets were super tasty but didn’t have much dressing or goat cheese accompanying them. The signature Alfredo was very good, love that they do the parm bowl in front of you. Drinks were okay, as well as service. Felt a little awkward in a back corner and I think could be forgotten a bit since you aren’t in the main flow of servers.

   The atmosphere was nice and service was good. The appetizer was less than expected for the $52 price tag. It was mostly calamari with basic dips. The brown butter sauce on the ravioli had an unusual flavour but the beef ribs were nice and tender.

   Service was excellent! Food superb! This is our 3rd time there. Will continue to go back for special occasions. Love it!

   Both myself and I are wheelchair users. We were gifted a coupon at Christmas and thought to use it for a belated Valentine's date, only because it couldn't be used on Valentine's day. We were assured it was accessible, however upon arrival, there was a step to get in. They were quick to get a fold up ramp for us to get in. There were some tight fits through some doorways. The staff was very attentive to our needs throughout the meal, though I found it sometimes excessive. Overall a good experience!

   First time visit to this establishment with close friends, myself and my wife. When we entered there was nobody greeting guests at the door, then a lady came to check us in with reservation and just walked away, my wife had to chase her to ask if we were to follow to our table. We were seated in a nice quiet area, some lady took our jackets to hang up. Our server was pleasant, food was great. We paid our bill with generous tip and were sitting ready to leave while employees continued periodically look around the corner at us, but didn’t approach. Finally we decided to just get up and go find our jackets. With no direction or assistance from any employees, I continued to just open closet doors between kitchen and front entrance in attempt to locate our jackets and located them while employees just passed like we were in their way. *Get better* customer service is a huge part of a nice dining experience. If you are going to offer to take customers jackets from the dining area, the least you could do is offer to bring them back or the very least let customers know where they are so they can grab themselves on the way out to avoid the awkward experience of poor customer service. On the fence if we will return to this establishment, at least we do know now where they store your jackets.
