The special fish was wahoo. Fish was dry with overly spicy and dry rice and a little bit of a ginger/soy sauce.

Great service, great food. Exceptional. Our server Kaitlyn was extraordinary. And the food was just phenomenal. We had elk and it was cooked to perfection. We will return.

Service was outstanding, our wait staff Elizabeth whom we had on our first experience was awesomely incredible. The food was amazing, wine outstanding. However, the ambiance was not good due to a large drunk group who ended up being loud and obnoxious which made alot of us in the upstairs dining room a little less than satisfied.

Misty is a fabulous server and Chandler is the best bartender in Western Tidewater! Solid wine list, great cocktails and a menu that allows you to order whether you are looking for something small and simple or a heartier dish for a special occasion.

We had a wonderful experience with our family at Vintage Tavern! The ambiance is impeccable and we had a beautiful window view of the grounds and fire-pits. Highly recommend the southern taste sampler with a side of pimento cheese. For entrees we had the BBQ, pork chop, beef tenderloin, and scallops. Highly recommend any old fashioned off the extensive drink menu and any of the desserts! Thank you for a memorable evening!
