   We had a very nice Christmas Eve dinner. Our server was fabulous. My husband and daughter enjoyed the braised short rib. The she crab soup was delicious and the chocolate torte was fabulous.

   Vic’s has been a favorite of ours for years. We go every Christmas Eve! Last night didn’t meet its expectations! The soup came out with our entrees. One of the appetizers we ordered we never received and whoever we asked said do you want it to go! Felt very rushed. Granted it was the holiday, but definitely room for improvement for the prices they charge.

   This particular dining with Vic’s was super special. Every year we have our annual Christmas Eve dinner. Everything was great, no complaints nothing but a great experience. I really like how Vic’s pay attention to detail the restaurant was decorated beautifully, and there was Christmas music playing from the piano and some singing. I enjoyed everything. The food was amazing. I had a filet mignon with potatoes and collard greens. I highly recommend dining at Vicks, Specially if you want to have a great experience if you’re just visiting Savannah . Vics is the number one restaurant in Savannah!!!!!

   The food snd service were both incredible! The only thing I would suggest is to control the air better, it was VERY cold in the restaurant.

   Shrimp and grits was good. Octopus appetizer was also good. Service was slow. Restaurant could have been more festive for a Christmas Eve lunch.

   Our first time to dine at Vic’s. A little confusing finding and walked down to the river front and went to Vic’s River Grill next door. The host at VRG kindly walked us to the Vic’s on the River entrance and explained about going through the coffee shop and using the elevator to go up four floors to the restaurant. Come to find out they have a street level entrance that we used after dinner. We had a reservation and they let our son, whom we were meeting, be seated at 5:45 or we would have been 10 minutes late so that was good. The atmosphere was great and we had a table with a window facing the river. Our server, Alix was very friendly and knowledgeable of the entire menu. She took our cocktail orders and brought us out a basket of homemade biscuits. The martini’s were very good and my son’s Malbec was good also. My son and I had the braised short ribs that came with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans which was very tender and tasty and my wife had a Caesar salad. We found the prices to be very good. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our Savannah dining list but will find a closer parking garage and now know about the street level entrance.

   Great service from staff, very friendly, informative, and went the extra mile. Brent was the best! The food was both beautiful and delicious. We left stuffed and satisfied. Definitely will return.
