The food was good and came out very quick after ordering. We were glad we order in spurts instead of ordering everything at one time. The waitress was nice. She didn’t dilly-dally; got your order and off she went but she did stay when I had questions about dessert. She did stop by and fill waters for us and check in from time to time. Dirty dishes didn’t remain on the table for long; anyone who walked by and saw them took them away. I think I did see a review on here already about lack of fanfare for birthdays and I agree. We did mark on the reservation we were celebrating a birthday but there was no acknowledgement… which is surprising given the acknowledgement I received everywhere else at Hotel Hershey. Lastly, the noise level made it hard to hear each other. We were placed between two larger parties and probably could have participated in their conversations. Overall, it was a great dinner but not necessarily a place if you wanted to celebrate something special.

I understand it was a later reservation, but when the server greets you with, “our kitchen is about to close.” It definitely set the mood for the meal. Her attitude didn’t change much but we got through the meal fine. It was well paced. However, seasoning was missing on everyone’s meal. I think the pizzas need work for sure. Hershey might want to start rethinking this restaurant. Harvest was lovely and delicious in the past. Hope Trevi can get there at some point.
