   We were super disappointed with both the service and our food last night. We did not see our server for over 20 minutes and that was only because my husband finally got up and got someone's attention. Even after the apologies from our server, he seemed basically absent. Perhaps they were short staffed because service is usually excellent. When we finally got our meal it was very mediocre which again is unusual for this place. The host and hostess were super apologetic and very sweet. Hopefully this was just an off night but we won't be going back anytime soon.

   Our waiter Joe basically ignored our table and we didn’t even get the order until we had already been there for over an hour. We were watching him talk to another couple there that he obviously knew while we were sitting there with no food. That is unacceptable. Also, the hostess asked if it was my wife’s birthday as I indicated in my reservation and said that they had a special treat for her later. Except it was so late after dinner was finished I think they forgot about it. Worst part was they sang happy birthday to the two tables right beside us and never acknowledged my wife’s birthday👎
