   1 of 3 dishes very good. Parm risotto not edible. Joke was they gave us spinach to replace it. Only about 5 leaves were wilted; most looked like fresh spinach salad. Can’t even tell you what they tried to do. Mushroom sauce on veal chop was sour! Shared with server and he just laughed. Didn’t comp it. Cannoli was very good. Wanted a special dinner with my Mom and girlfriend. Overpriced. Not good. Very disappointed.

   This was a wonderful restaurant for a special weekend we celebrated in Vero Beach. Our reservation was found quickly and we were seated. Our server, Sebastiano, was engaging and very attentive. We loved our entree choices. We were delighted with the special cheesecake for our special occasion. We highly recommend.

   Our “go to” restaurant in Vero Beach. Food is always freshly prepared and delicious. Excellent menu and choice of nightly specials. My favorite is Pasta Carbonara. The Beggar’s Purse, the Salmon and Osso Buco are also great. Sebastian (our server) is professional and very helpful and knowledgeable about ingredients and recommendations. Always go home happy with our experience.

   Wowee! Never disappoints! We go every year while we are in the area. Scallops and octopus...yes please! Excellent service as always!

   We made reservations here for thanksgiving. I will say that the food (that we could actually eat) was outstanding. Best Calamari I have ever had…tender and crispy with just the right amount of cherry peppers. Don’t sleep on the beggar’s purse. Unique and just barely sweet and delicious. We were not rushed, although we had late reservations and the restaurant was not busy at the time. Now for why we will not return: 1.) We called ahead prior to making the reservations to ask if there would be a limited menu. I was told that only a few items would be unavailable but that a traditional thanksgiving dinner would also be available which appealed to some of our diners. The menu was EXTREMELY limited. Much of what we had our hearts set on were not available. I might expect that on a holiday had I not called ahead and asked. 2.) Two of us ordered beef mid-rare. One arrived raw and one well done without any pink at all. The refire came back for one of us still under but edible. However the second dish was not ready by the time the remainder of the table had already completed their meal. To their credit, it was comped… but to not be able to enjoy my meal WITH my family on Thanksgiving was unacceptable. And, even though comped, it was inferior to the first plate. No sear on the veg, very little demi, etc. Again, the restaurant was NOT busy at this time. It was inexcusable to not have had that second meal come back out sooner yet it took over 30 minutes. 3.) The restaurant was overly dark (even the younger ones of the group had trouble even seeing the menu). Minor annoyance but I actually like to see my food. 4.) Lastly, service was subpar. A Prosecco glass came out dirty. It was replaced but with an equally unappealing glass. The server should have checked it prior to bringing it out. The server was kind but did not keep us updated on what was taking so long for that meal to come out…especially since we were now sitting in a near empty dining room.

   Great meal with friends. Very good Italian in a great location. As usual, we had excellent service. Its a bit noisy but its a sign of people enjoying themselves. Hightly recommend the veal parmesan. The pasta that came along with it was done perfect. Slightly eldente. The beet and citrus salad was also incredible. They were kind enougn to sunstitute the goat cheese with gorganzola. Great place!
