    We have been to this location numerous times and have loved the food and service. Unfortunately, this time the restaurant seemed understaffed, the waiter took 20 minutes to get drinks when we ordered twice, forgot to put our entire order in so we waited an exceedingly long time, and worst of all the meals were just ok except for my wife’s who’s was exceedingly bad. I’m so disappointed as we always looked forward to coming here.

    We had such an amazing dinner. The service was very attentive and the food was fantastic! My fiancé ate the pork ribs which were super flavorful and fall off the bone tender. I had the Parmesan Chicken and it was delicious! Super moist chicken and lots of flavor as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

    My wife and I went to Tommy Bahama for a late lunch. We were greeted upon arrival and immediately seated. Our server Ken came over and was very friendly and helpful. My wife had the bungalow salad and the Caesar salad and she said both were delicious. I had the Chilean sea bass which was outstanding. My wife and I try to come to Tommy Bahama restaurant once a week because the food is so good and everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant!

    Hello, I was looking forward to dining in Waikiki as I have to other locations across the us. I was greeted and seared almost immediately and my waiter addressed me soon after searing. He was amazing but it the drink/food/value I had issues with. The glass had a funny small and they rose tasted off. , maybe flat. The coconut shrimp came out super fast and was delicious. Then the crab bisque came moments after and was semi warm and not worth the value in the least. Music and atmosphere pleasant on rooftop even though very busy and full. I came to enjoy a nice quick bite meal but super disappoints in quality of wine and bisque. A disappointing meal and felt wasteful. Thank you

    One of our favorite restaurants (we’ve been here twice before, and once to the one in NYC). Great menu choice, really nicely prepared, and great ambiance. Our friends (first timers) loved it as well.
