   The service was an incredibly slow. We were there for 2.5 hours and drinks, food etc took extraordinarily long to come. We requested a regular table but opted for 3 seats in a row on the deck in order to see the ocean. It was incredibly busy and apparently they were short staffed but more of an apology or a comped dessert would have made me feel better about the subpar experience.

   Great views for outdoor dining. Server was also very friendly but food service was extremely slow. It was well over an hour from time of order to get our dinners during a moderate guest showing. From being seated for our reservation, getting appetizers, dinner and desert total time was just over 2 hours… the short ribs bolognese was a bit lack luster/bland and dry. Would not recommend. Rest of the meal was satisfactory and the views made up for the slower service. We’ll likely return but will hesitate based on the long wait for our meal.

   This was my first time at Madison Beach Hotel. The Wharf Restaurant was fabulous. I had tomato bisque for an appetizer and then the Burratta Ravioli. Then for dessert the Pote de creme! Everything was fabulous! Excellent service!

   Tia and Jolene were excellent. Meg needs training on customer satisfaction. She was rued, curt and not accommodating. I was told by the hostess that the first reservation after the Mothers Day Brunch was at 5:30. We arrived early knowing that we would have drinks at the bar. We looked outside and there were other customers eating that were not part of the afternoon brunch. I don't understand why other customers were able to obtain a table when the first reservation was 5:30. I complained and Meg was rude and did not accommodate us until after 6:00. When she finally took us to our table she was curt and rude. She requires training in customer satisfaction and needs to lose the attitude. Otherwise the food and service was excellent but I would not want to ever deal with Meg again

   One of my all-time favorite restaurants! The food is spectacular! The views are stunning! And they always have the best service! Servers are warm, fun, and attentive. They made my Mother’s Day dinner perfect.

   I’ve been here before on several occasions and decided that they should be able to pull off a great Mother’s Day brunch. Our reservation was at 3:30pm which is a late lunch nonetheless I would have expected quality service and food regardless of time at $150 a head. We are seated although there was confusion as to where to put us, in a quiet area on the second floor with a somewhat decent view. It took me asking a random waiter after 10 minutes of being seated to find our waiter so that we can get drinks. The drinks came about 20 minutes after we arrived, and one of our three drinks the Zinfandel was poured with Rose. The other mixed drinks that we ordered were mediocre at best, certainly not deserving of the price tag, and I fine dine often in the City. The buffet was poorly managed. The Cod was scraps, with many of the hotel trays displaying only remnants of once was there. The variety was there however there was an aweful attempt at Asian cuisine mixed in perhaps as a vegetarian option. Come here for the view, not the food. This is not a fine dining establishment although I believe if properly managed they could do much better.

   There for Mother’s Day brunch. The upstairs has a nice view of you at in a window seat but if you are not it’s a standard large room facility. The good was good for a buffet, not as much breakfast as there was lunch - no real pastries as an option. Great desert selection, very yummy.
