About The Table:

The Table is an urban neighborhood restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients, hand-crafted cocktails and progressive wines. We are called The Table because we recognize a table’s unique ability to bring together delicious food, fun drinks and good people. Many of life’s best memories have been created around a table.

Our cuisine is contemporary American, paying tribute to the people and cultures that call this valley home. We believe that the quality of our product begins at the source—with the farmers, ranchers, and dairymen that produce them. By establishing relationships with local farms and ranches, our goal is to understand the origins of everything we cook and seek out only those ingredients produced with integrity and care. We commit to delivering delicious food that highlights the quality of the ingredients we source, free of over-manipulation.

New Year's Eve Party, Dancing and Ballon Drop

Dance the night away while you ring in the New Year. DJ and Dancing start at 9:30pm-12:30am. DJ Rory Pete, a San Jose local DJ will be playing today's hits and some classics. Balloon Drop at midnight. When booking this experience you will be reserving a table for the evening. You will be required to purchase food and beverage during the visit. It is a $75 cancellation fee should you cancel within 48 hours or no-show for the reservation. Looking forward to seeing you there! Cheers, The Table

Food was great. Just a little salty for my taste ( even the green salad), but overall taste was really good. Ambiance was pretty casual (i.e. not the place for someone on a date who prefers a quiet dinner). Price was a bit on the pricier side. Not a lot choices on the menu if you prefer something specific. But overall our dining experience was pretty good.

Food was amazing! Flavorful! Quick! Drinks were amazing. Pricing was right and service was great. What a unique and delicious place that I will put in my regular rotation forever.

Everything was fine until my guests and I arrived at 7:30 for our reservation, but there was no table for us except outside on the patio. We had just done the Willow Glen Trolley ride so we were pretty cold. Being seated outside was not what I had signed up for. I had made my reservation before Thanksgiving, replied to Open Table that I was coming on the 19th at 7:30, then I got a call from The Table to confirm my 7:30 reservation -- with all this, no table waiting for us was very disappointing. We had to wait in the bar for 20 minutes for a table to open up. When I got the text that our table was ready, we all went to the podium at the front door to find out the table booked for us was immediately behind where we were sitting in the bar! It would have been nice if someone could have told us that instead of saying once again "I'm sorry". Also, the food service was very slow.

Chairs could be a bit more comfortable and the actual tables should be adjusted to even level. Cutting your stake on your plate shouldn’t rock the table! Other than that everything thing else specially food was great.

Ran out of scallops which is used in several dishes! Wanted soup but was advised against it too spicy. I got the seafood pasta it was supposed to be ink squid pasta but it was plain noodles. It was nothing special.

Food and service was exceptional. We ordered the beet salad and octopus as appetizers. Our table had the pork chops, the best burger, and a really good steak.
