Located in what was once the old train depot in Lantana, The Station House Restaurant has become one of the most renowned establishments for authentic Maine lobsters in the state of Florida. The Station House opened its doors in 1993 and since then has been a favorite of both locals and seasonal visitors for many years.

Food and service was excellent! Would have liked to see more fish selections on the menu but the lobster was delicious and our server helped in cracking the lobster . We split a salad (great for two!)

Calamari and cobia bites were ok. Not bad but nothing to rave about. However, the snapper Hemingway was divine! Wouldn't recommend the steaks. My husband's was overcooked and kinda bland for a prime steak. Lobster mac and cheese was fire 🔥 Their desserts were incredible! Best tiramisu I've ever had! Bread pudding was excellent as well. Overall food was very hit or miss. Loved the ambiance. Very laid back and fun decor. Beautiful stained glass.

We really enjoy the Station House and bring all of our company here. All of the seafood dishes are delicious, the salads are plentiful and desserts to die for.

The lobsters were cooked perfectly. The waiter took the meat out of the shell making eating it even easier. We went early so crowds and noise weren’t an issue. Although lobster is an expensive treat it was worth every penny.

Go to place for lobster. We opted for the specials one wax five small tails the other was three tails and a skewer of filet kabobs. Both were excellent. They were accompanied by an unassuming cold side of mashed potatoes. A nice warm garlic mash or some sautéed fingerlings or baby potatoes would have been a better choice. App of calamari was abundant and tender. Our waiter Harvey was entertaining and helpful. We ate in a small rear room which is better suited for private dining and was noisy with only one other couple inside. Sometimes all it takes. Overall a good experience.
