    Food was wonderful as always, service was not as good as usual, had to wave staff down for dessert and coffee, no asking if everything was OK, but we will definitely go back, think it will be a one off

    What a lovely time we had. A very warm welcome, we were on table15, it was so nice to see the other dinners but we could chat quietly. The food was cooked perfectly and just the right size. The service was very good and we will be back.

    The garden room is a wonderful setting for a lovely lunch. Six of us all had very good food and great service. Recommended for a special get together with friends.

    We had our Christmas lunch for our small charity at the Royal Oak. We went for a very wet and muddy walk before hand so it was lovely to arrive at the pub to find a beautifully laid table. The service was excellent only to be matched by the food. Will definitely be going back again.
