The Reserve Steakhouse is located at Harrah’s Joliet Hotel & Casino, located just blocks away from Joliet’s historic Rialto Square Theater, Joliet Historical Museum, Jacob Henry Mansion and Joliet Union Station. The Reserve Steakhouse is an exceptional dining experience for birthdays, anniversaries, and any special occasions.
The Reserve Steakhouse serves the finest cuts of succulent steak, aged for tenderness and grilled to perfection. Prime Rib is a Reserve specialty; served on Friday and Saturday evenings, slow roasted, hand carved and perfectly seasoned with spices. Our signature steaks are hand cut by Chef Tony Florek and his team. The restaurant also serves delicious seafood such as the Reserve Salmon, memorable appetizers, crisp salads and decadent desserts.     It was fabulous, very accommodating, very pleasant, very patient waitress!!! Food was superb, top of the line. Very classy, well worth every dollar!! Will be going back!!

    The drinks were WAY overpriced. I paid $14 for a Cpt Morgan. Most restaurants are between $8 and $10 and at the VFW you pay around $4. The candied bacon was exceptional and was well presented. The filet mignon was decent but not exceptional for the price. The presentation of the steak was bleak, at best. It was a slab of meat on a large empty plate with 2 small sprigs of green. Not appetizing at all. The experience and food were not worth the price and I will not return.

    The restaurant is inside the Harrah’s casino. But it was far enough away from casino noise. It’s a very nice restaurant. The food came out very quick and it was very good. My husband had the blackened salmon and I had the braised beef. The restaurant is a little bit pricey for the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

    Our waitress (Laurie) did a fantastic job. She was so kind, attentive, and just a great server. And the food was excellent. We will be back soon!

    The service was polite and professional. The food, other than one of the steaks cooked to the wrong temperature, was amazing. The candied bacon, ribeye steaks, loaded baked potato, crispy Brussels Sprouts and the Cremini mushrooms were delicious.

    I've NEVER had a disappointing experience at The Reserve Steakhouse. The staff, chefs and servers alike, are all extremely friendly and efficient, and I've become well-acquainted with several of them over the years I've eaten there.

    Excellent overall. $220 for two people NO DRINKS. very pricey for a casino and should be way less expensive. However excellent food and service.
