The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Lite Fare & Cocktails | 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Lite Fare menu ends at 10:00 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

    Our experience at the plaza was nothing short of incredible! Every bite and sip was so delicious. Ursula our server was amazing and gave wonderful recommendations. We will definitely be back to have tea again!

    The food was excellent and so was the tea. The service was also excellent by our server Feliz. He explained any questions we asked about the food and the tea we ordered. This was a memorable experience for the family

    Food was stale, service was sub par. Ambiance was overrated. They advertise holiday decorations up until January 12th, but it was long gone by then. Save your money and go someplace else.

    Perfect special occasion tea. Service was spot on. Vegan menu was well above average. The scones were quite dry but at least they came through with them and offered whipped coconut cream and jam, Petit fours were exquisite and the savoury sandwiches were also creative and delicious. The tea was average in a huge pot which cooled to quickly. Staff were lovely. Overall an excellent experience. We have had many teas at top establishments and usually the vegan request stumps them or is a letdown, but the Plaza nailed it. Thank you.

    You DO NOT go there for a “good deal”…you go there for the experience. The food was TOP notch. We had a bottle of Champagne (around $175) for the bottle) plus the teas and sandwich towers. Darn, it was great. Even better was the caviar…not good, GREAT! Get it! I don’t get paid a commission - LOL…we just had a great time and the experience was LUX.

    We’ve been to The Palm Court several times over many years and this was our worst and likely last visit. It is no longer a special experience. They are trying too hard to be “creative” with the food offerings, and the pairings simply didn’t work. The savory sandwiches were terrible! It was such a disappointment. We kept asking ourselves why they would create such awful combinations? For the price, it is absolutely not worth it. There are so many better places to go for a better experience. We used to love coming for afternoon tea at The Palm Court but we will choose a different place next time.
