   I have eaten at Capo’s numerous times before and thought it was a nice restaurant with good food but this has changed. My date started with the Caprese salad. Plenty of tomatoes and mozzarella but the balsamic is supposed to be drizzled over the salad not in something that resembles Pico de Gallo. Onions over power the mozzarella . The basil is supposed to be soft not crispy like it had been resting on the counter all day. Her spaghetti w/ FAMOUS meatballs I swear came out of a can of Chef Boyardee. My penne pasta w/ sausage and peppers was a BLACK mess in a white bowl. I couldn’t tell what I was about to eat. Everything was the same color, black. This restaurant has changed, send the cook to be retrained. The staff was not attentive, they never refilled our water glasses or cleaned off any finished plates and only came over after a called for them. I do not recommend Capo’s, this is not good Italian food and we are Italian.

   We loved the experience. The photos of the famous mob bosses were so cool. The food was excellent. We had the lasagna and it was so delicious but not very hot. The cannolis were so fresh and delicious especially the pistachio. The entertainer was so good, he sang Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett and many other artists. Make sure you tip him! The wait staff was amazing! It is dark in there so make sure you phone flashlight works. Thank you!

   Capo still delivers with highlight being the professionalism of the Main Man maitre d’. Good food and atmosphere. Service with a purpose. Delightful.

   This is a staple I always go to when I’m in Vegas! Best spot on or off the strip for food, drinks, and the atmosphere!

    What fun! From the secret entrance to the live crooner on the stage we had a fabulous evening! Chicago Tommy, the doorman (must have been a former Mob Boss) hooked us up with a cozy booth near the stage so we could enjoy the classic tunes. Vinny, our waiter, couldn’t have done a better job. His timing was perfect! He left us alone to enjoy the evening at our pace and was there to keep the wine glasses topped off and the food coming. The portions were plentiful and delicious, especially the Veal Parm. Finished the night with a delectable piece of Tiramisu and we were completely satisfied! Loved the entire experience! We’ll be back!
