    Our server was Noah and he was phenomenal. Extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. The entire staff in the restaurant works as a team and ensures everything runs smoothly. The food was all very tasty! We tried the BLT salad, crab cakes, jalapeño poppers, crab soup, Max’s fried chicken, gumbo, fried chicken salad, and the fish sandwich. Everyone loved their food and even ordered some more to go! Definitely recommend if you’re in Savannah!

    We were seated just inside the entrance and I had hoped I could see more of the house. The host was very accommodating. He said I was welcome to wander and if he was not busy after I finished eating, he would take me on a tour himself. So nice. I had the BLT salad and it was good. A room full of people seated and talking at tables but it was not noisy. We were allowed to sit and enjoy our meals without being rushed.

    Great food, service, location and all in a historic building that predates the Declaration of Independence! When you are done eating (don't forget their incredible desserts!), walk around all 3 floors of the house and take a step back in time. This is a stop not to miss!!!

    Amazing experience especially down in the tavern. I recommend dining down there for a unique experience. Fried chicken is incredible.

    The service is the best! From the manager Houston and servers, Diamond and Whitney. We were promply seated The food was served hot. The best food ever. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Make sure you make reservations.

    Food and atmosphere were fantastic and above par. Unfortunately the server we had was not so great. We heard all the other servers telling histories of the house and asking people if they were celebrating something (which were there for our 25th anniversary and he didn’t even ask) and he didn’t tell us any history
