   The mushroom ‘scallops’ was one of the best dishes I have had in a long time. I haven’t been back to the lodge in over a year but they have a new, more Interesting menu and I plan to be back to try all of the other menu items soon. The problem is that I will want the delicious mushroom dish again. If you haven’t been there in a while, it is definitely worth the trip to give it another try.

   Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner. The appetizers in particular were great - we enjoyed the burrata and brussel sprouts. Unfortunately the shrimp taco main course was not great. It was 3 large tacos with a big pile of cabbage on top - not much flavor at all. The tacos were pretty tasteless and we would have much preferred two tacos plus some rice and beans. I'd suggest that dish be reworked. The service was very good and we will definitely give it another try.

   While we had a pleasant server, the food concepts were great, but they underdelivered us. Planning to revisit and hope to have a better food experience.

   Our dinner experience was lovely. Such kind attention from The staff, cozy ambiance in the pub area, delicious dinner.

   The Lodge offers consistently delicious food with thoughtful twists to each dish. Tonight, I had the Chicken Tinga Quesadilla made with black beans, corn and poblano peppers. It was flavorful, full of juicy pulled chicken and was accompanied by house made guacamole, sour cream and salsa. We will go again soon!

   Everything was terrific. Had the special soup (pumpkin bisque), the day’s special main, and one of the new winter mains. As usual, Michael led us through the choices and took great care of us. Dined on Thursday before MLK weekend and it was very quiet.

   It was a busy Sunday night. Service was very slow. Food (beef stroganoff and fried chicken) was cafeteria quality. Very disappointed. Very high prices for mediocre food and service.

   The dining experience was not up to par. Normally we would strongly recommend it for good and interesting food, as well as great service. Our server held up his end of the bargain, but what came out of the kitchen was a disgrace. We hope thit this is a one-time bad day for an otherwise reliable place to eat. Never had anything happen like this - it has been a favorite of ours for years. I think we will wait til spring to try it again and keep our hopes high that it will snap back to its former self.

    Food and service were excellent. The televisions with the football games on in the bar were too loud and intruded into our dining experience.
