We have been going to The Keg for 30 years and generally we have had a good meal and great service. Tonight, the food was OK but the service was missing and nonexistent. We were celebrating my birthday and we had requested our favorite server Amy A. Unfortunately she was sick tonight. Our waiter brought our drinks and took our food order. He brought a loaf of bread but no bread plates to put it on. Other employees were tasked with bringing out our food. Salad was served but we had to ask for a plate so I could share it with my spouse. The Keg Classic Sirloin and the Lobster Tails entrees were brought out. No steak knife for the steak. A bread knife just wouldn't work on a thick steak. Had to ask another server for a steak knife. No drawn butter was provided with the lobster tails. No waiter in sight. When we were almost done, the waiter came to finally check on us. We told him about the issues and shared with him our concerns. Without much of an apology, he informed us that he will ask the manager to get us a different server. The manager came by and seemed unhappy that we had complained. He did assign another waitress but our evening was ruined. She was pleasant but there wasn't much left for her to do, other than present us the check. We would have loved to see the desert menu, but none was offered. A birthday celebration without any dessert. We hope our next visit will be better

Why so busy all the time? The food was mediocre and the steak was under seasoned. The prices are very very high for what you get. The only good thing I can say is that the service has always been good. But as for me I wont be going back anytime soon. Hopefully things will change. I've been going there for many many years but it just doesn't make the grade any more - especially for the price.

This was our second visit to The Keg Steakhouse and it was absolutely phenomenal. After a day full of activities, we were looking for a nice sit down restaurant to celebrate two birthdays and The Keg allowed a 10 PM reservation! Our server was super sweet and engaging; the food was delicious and the ambiance was very welcoming. We will definitely be returning soon.

Disappointed as a steak houses failed to cook a medium rare steak, then they made excuses. Plus the other person dining with me there food was served warm not hot. It was like the server left the plates under a warmer instead of serving when they were ready. The server also never filled our water glasses.

Our Thanksgiving dinner was perfect. Despite it being an extremely busy night, all the staff were smiling and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our server was outstanding, and the food was exceptional. One of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in quite a while. We will be back!
