   We got there 20 mins early because we were trying to weigh the effect of the snowfall on our commute and were relieved that at least we weren't late. We expected that we might have to wait but were hoping for some kind of accommodation, given the conditions. We were notified right off the bat by the lady who received us at the front that we would be seated at our reservation time. I asked for clarification because it was clear to me that there were free seats inside that we could have been temporarily seated at until our seats inside the dining room were available (the seats at the front waiting area were already taken). The statement that we would be seated at our reservation time was repeated to me, in a tone I felt should be reserved for correcting children. We then decided to go back into our car and wait. I totally understand that reservations need to be honored due to seating arrangements etc however, there are times when accommodations can be made factoring in all the circumstances. When we were finally seated, we noted that there were empty tables in the dining room that remained empty the entire time we were there. After waiting for almost an hour and a half to receive our dinners, I'd say that this was not my favorite experience at the Keg. We will not be returning to this locaton.

   Despite having a reservation we were kept waiting to be seated; so were a lot of other people. Staff at the front desk answered impatiently when we reminded them we had a reservation. We asked to be seated in a quiet area as we are seniors, and again got an impatient answer from staff about it being very busy. Our server was friendly and apologetic for everything—the long wait for 1 of us to get our wine, then being told that the other wine was no longer stocked. Dinner arrived about an hour after we had ordered it. I had ordered my meat medium rare and got well done. I didn’t realize it at the time but my husband received medium rare instead of medium well. We confirmed our orders with our server who apologized again and spoke to the manager who also apologized and offered to replace mine but I had waited so long I said no, so he comped my meal. I thanked the manager for trying to make things right but said there were obviously problems with the kitchen. After all, when the best parts of the meal in a steak house are the sides and the dessert, that’s a basic problem. Oh yeah, and the excuse that they were so busy, also not true. For most of our meal, most of the tables near us were empty. Again, we had no complaints about our server. He was friendly, cheerful and responsive, but the poor guy had to keep apologizing for things that were out of his control. It felt like a badly managed restaurant.

   There for my mothers 78 birthday. We were charged for the Billy miner pie. Charged for a chocolate cake that we didn't order Charged for 3 crème brûlée that we never ordered We were put at the wrong table and needed to move Waiters and manager allowed 10 males being extremely loud and vulgar. 2 other families also complained but they were not pro active at all. Really poor experience this time and 2 other times. I now know to travel to a different keg. The food was good.

   A great family dinner out..keg is the restaurant you can go to and know you'll get a great meal and customer service
