   They prepared the meat to perfection! We got the Bison prime rib and the fillet flight (elk, bison & beef) and my wife and I loved the prime rib and the elk the best. Truly wonderful.

   Great restaurant for family dinner and really good food. Try the bone marrow, fried green tomatoes and bison.

   Great food with opportunity to try game meats, primarily bison and elk. Everything was great but many entries at $50 and higher.

   Ambiance is perfect. Seated right away even though we arrived earlier than resv. Bison prime rib… 4.5/5. 16oz ribeye steak 4/5. Lobster mac n cheese 4.5/5 The steaks are USDA Choice yet they were grilled/cooked perfectly to our request. The steak knife might need to be changed out. Those knives are for thinner cuts of steak. You need those steak knives that look like a chainsaw without a sharp point. Difficult to cut steaks. Service 4/5. Seemed a bit off. Felt for an ambiance like that, server needs to be more welcoming and proud of establishment. When the lobster mac and cheese tied the bison prime rib so there’s that. Prices were in line with what they offered. Decent deal in an expensive area.
