Overpriced steakhouse charging premium prices for mass produced sides and unseasoned below Costco grade steak. Place is cool, great ambience and music, total country feel except with Temeculans. The server was awful. I started to wonder what happened to make her act the way she did. I can only describe it as maybe she had an ex boyfriend that looked like me or maybe the girl that took him looked like my wife because this lady was flat out rude. We are the easiest customers ever and this lady never refilled my drink, was offended at anything we asked, and just really acted like we were causing her personal harm. It was weird, obviously not every server is going to be bad we saw some nice ones, but other way this place is more steer and stein/pinnacle peak than prime steakhouse.

Had an Absolutely wonderful and lovely experience . Not only was Debra amazing, she was the epitome of what great guest service is. Steadily checking on our table, friendly yet professional. I had a hard time making my mind up of what I wanted to eat and she was so patient. I’ve been in the guest industry a long time and this was a great experience. The food was amazing as always and so was the atmosphere, but the true star of the show was Debra. Thanks for making my experience Amazing.

What’s good: Calamari appetizer, Truffle fries, ribeye steak Not good: $34 for 4 small bacon-wrapped scallops appetizer is outrageous. Blackened Chilean sea bass was too salty I almost gagged on first bite. The rice pilaf was a crunchy fried greasy mess. The whole plate was covered with grease.

The Cowboy is fantastic. Our service was terrific and the food better than ever. Steak perfectly cooked at medium rare…juicy and delicious! The artichoke appetizer is ridiculously good and the wedge salad traditionally fresh, crunchy, blue cheesy great!

Was a nice restaurant. Server was pleasant. We ordered the big $72 ribeye and was not impressed. Slightly over cooked and not worth the value. Garlic mashed potatoes. Wedge salad and wine was good.
