The hot food on the buffet was cold and things were not replaced on the buffet line in a timely manor. We waited for one hour for them to place more shrimp on the line along with the ham which was a feature item. I would not return to this restaurant again.

We reserved for 5 for the Christmas buffet, and, while the bones of the place —the design and menu—were good, the execution of this holiday scene was chaotic, crowded, and under-served. The food was a LONG walk away from the table, having to thread past many other diners. Drinks service and clearing nearly non-existent; every little thing meant snagging a very distracted and uninterested server, making one feel like an imposition. I felt like we were in a money-making mill for the owners. The spirit of Christmas was not very evident among any of the employees. The salads and mains were good; the desserts….underwhelming. The panzanella salad was weird, with the occasional thin pieces of toast tossed on top.

We’ve come for holiday buffets for many years. Sadly, the food selection and flow has dropped significantly. You queue up in long lines for food and sadly the pans are empty with no one quickly replenishing. You stand around and your food is cold by the time you return to your table. Which was constantly attacked by gnats. I’m sad we won’t return but our meal with gratuity was $239.48 which included 18% gratuity. We always leave an additional 18% but not today.

We had our Christmas lunch at The Front Yard. Everything was amazing! The buffet was outstanding and the service was amazing! The buffet dishes were all labeled and food was never running out! Well done Front Yard!! And thank you for making our Christmas lunch!
