    Great place Hard to believe out server had an attitude she was not good. I had to remove glasses from out table so we could have room for our meal. Our bill was over 300.00 with service that did not equal the pay.

    We felt extra special on New Year’s Eve specifically because of the Hotel Hershey! From the valets to our hostess, the water attendant, waiter and exit from the restaurant was welcoming and refreshing. From the Circular dining room, we entered the Iberian lounge as per usual as we have for the last ten years. Again a great experience. After a disappointing dining experience a few months ago, the Hotel has vindicated itself and refreshed us for the new year.

    I loved the experience overall, but the lobster bisque was a disappointment. For a restaurant of this caliber, one would expect more than one tiny piece of lobster in the bisque. Everything else was delicious.

    First let me say Mike G was a great server. He truly was great. Casual yet attentive. We arrived early but would not seat us. Did they have room not sure. Waiting in that lobby is breathtaking though. It’s great food. Great atmosphere. The menu is not as Hershey as it once was. Items used to have a bit of chocolate on them but that pretty much gone. Also, you have to pay for bread now. Overall, it’s one of my favorite eateries in Pennsylvania

    The food was unique and delicious. Our server Joseph was excellent. The spruce ice cream with cranberries is delicious. The level of service surpasses everything else.

    We were not aware that the Christmas dinner was buffet; we would not have reserved. A typical and not-so-great experience except for our server, Rose, who went above and beyond and made it a bearable holiday dinner.

    The quality of food has returned to the excellence we expect from Hotel Hershey. Our server was beyond fantastic. The “five star” ambiance is gone , and it certainly missed, but the quality of food more than compensated for the loss of beauty and atmosphere. We would highly recommend the experience.
