   It’s a beautiful restaurant, truly a throwback ambience that transports you to the gilded age. John was our server and he was an absolute delight! Although we didn’t get the names of his support staff, they were incredibly quick and attentive. Excellent drinks from the bar. As a fan of martinis, I recommend the chocolate martini. It’s exceptional! The food was well executed and priced reasonably. The ambience and service alone were worth the price. It’s not often you get a ribeye with sides included for $68. I would recommend it 100%!

   My son and I had a lovely time celebrating his 27th birthday. The food was exceptional as always but our server, Judi, made our experience extra special. She helped us choose our cocktails and beer. She also was warm and friendly and made us feel valued.

   Never been for brunch before. So many offerings! The dumpling station was delicious and the chef there was so accommodating and pleasant. The desserts were delicious. I’ll be dreaming about the chocolate mousse cups for weeks. Our server was lovely! Super attentive and just made us all feel very welcomed. Excited to try the brunch again.

   Great service by Joseph. Very nicely paced meal. The chocolate soufflé was so light and airy, but full of flavor. I didn’t enjoy my ravioli much, but my friends steaks won. They always do such a lovely job.

   The experience my husband and I had here was very disappointing; so much so that we won’t return. Though our server was pleasant and the food was decent, the hostesses at the front were appallingly rude and disrespectful. We arrived for our reservation and the hostess acknowledged us but then proceeded to take another group. Then the other hostess that came in her stead completely ignored us and sat another table for 2 right in front in us, even they came after us. When the other hostess returned, she acted like we weren’t even there and then I had to step up again and inform her of our reservation and she mumbled that they were still setting and proceeded to address other folks who were waiting in line. After a bit of additional waiting, the reserved table was finally ready. It’s such a shame that after other similar these hostesses really make the first experience such a drag before even seating down! I truly hope that it wasn’t anything with how we looked as a black/white couple or that my husband had a hat on, which he was going to take off before we sat down as to why we were treated the way we were. In any event, I’ve been to better service and better food than this place and I’ve never been so relieved to leave a restaurant. One and so done!

   We enjoy dining @ the Circular @ Hotel Hershey. We were there for a special occasion and everyone in our party enjoyed their dinners and the atmosphere. This is the first time that I noticed the restaurant was short staffed. I always rate the service outstanding, but it was lacking last night. I have been here numerous times and never had to ask for water refills or a knife. There were other issues with service, but I think maybe the server was a bit overwhelmed. We will go back to the Circular because this was not the norm for the Hotel Hershey.

   Our visit was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were married at the Hotel Hershey 42 yr ago. Everything was perfect and transported us back to our special day. The hospitality of the staff...the food...the special anniversary cake, and the memorable views....all exceeded our expectations. We will be back to celebrate again. Thank you for making our evening so special.

    Manny was excellent. The hostess who wouldn’t seat us at 4:58PM needs to understand the service industry at resorts.
