Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     A great dining experience, from greeting to table and dinner. The staff ws friendly and helpful. Our server, Stephanie, was attentive and paced the meal perfectly. The New York Strip steak was prepared and cooked to perfection. The veal chop was excellent, tender and delicious. Highly recommend

    It was excellent . Jay was so great. We are given every opportunity possible to let someone know it the meal wasn’t good. Managers are helpful in walking around making sure everything is right.

    Ordered a filet medium rare. It came totally raw in the middle. The waitress agreed. She took it back to the kitchen and when she brought it back it was still undercooked. I decided to eat it anyway but was very disappointed. Expect a lot more from Capital Grille.
