Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     When we arrived we were told they could not honor the reservation. It was too busy and open table did not communicate well. Blake was actually a little rude. It’s the holiday and I try to be accepting, but not to paying customers. She never even said she was sorry. I have made reservations before never had an issue. Luckily 2 seats at the bar opened and we dined. Capital Grille at the bar is always good. Bartender is amazing Jason!

    Fantastic dinner!! Everything from the staff to food was wonderful. Never felt rushed even though they were busy. Our waiter Forrest was exceptional - offered suggestions and very tentative. Definitely going back!!

    Poor, poor service. SLOW, SLOW SERVICE. Never cleared the table til it was time to leave. Just wasn't my best Capital Grill experience.

    Amazing food and service. Jason the bartender is top notch and the entire team is so accommodating. MP Tim Wilkins treats his guests with so much hospitable. Truly remarkable.
