Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Service and food is always on point. Migs, the manager, stopped by our table a couple of times to see if all was well. Francisco was our server and was very attentive. Always recommend.

Capital grill is a class act. Didn’t cook the steak right the first time and they removed it from the bill without even asking. I’ll come back over and over again.

Food was delicious. And so was the presentation at the table as I told him it was my cousin’s birthday. I gave before for the service because the food took extra long to come out for some reason but our main server and other servers were very quick and responsive, very polite and friendly
