Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Was our 46th Wedding Anniversary and is always the best place to celebrate special occasions! The service and food were impeccable. Our favorite restaurant in Stamford by far! Perfection!

I recently took my two best friends to The Capital Grille to celebrate their nursing school graduation, and the experience was phenomenal! The staff went above and beyond, decorating our table and surprising us with champagne and a cute complimentary dessert for the graduates. Our server, Andres Bravo, was incredible—attentive, patient as we took our time deciding, and added a touch of humor to make the evening even more special. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the service was impeccable. This was truly a top-tier dining experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Made a reservation , had to wait over 30 mins to be seated. Nothing offered to us while waiting. Have eaten here a few times before . Always a solid meal but I have decided for this price, I don’t need to go back. (Note I am not a steak person but our guests were which is why we chose Capital Grille.)
