Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille never disappoints! We celebrate our life events such as birthdays and most recently our marriage here. Denise is truly a culinary liaison and went above and beyond to personalize our dining experience. She is a true blessing and asset to the Scottsdale Capital Grille!

    Capital Grill never disappoints Eric, our server, was extremely attentive and insured that our dining experience was wonderful. We ordered the Restaurant Week specials and found them to be an excellent value. Our steak and salmon entrees were delicious and prepared to our specifications. A outstanding evening at Capital Grill!

    The food is consistently perfect here. My snapper was not overcooked and the filet was medium rare as requested. We were particularly impressed with our waitress who has elevated the art of server to perfection. Using perfect timing - just enough visits to the table to address our needs - while being invisible while we talked and enjoyed our cocktails and dinner. We were delighted. There are a lot of great options for dining in and around Scottsdale/Phoenix but the experience at this restaurant always stands out.

    We celebrated Mother’s Day for dinner and requested Denise as our server. She is efficient, funny, knowledgeable, and a sheer delight. The food was excellent as usual, especially the rack of lamb and the fillet.
