Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Eric was a fabulous server and Sail was so attentive! Great food, great atmosphere and the best staff around! We celebrated a new job for my sister and they gave her such a special experience!

    Always love our dining experience at this Capital Grill. We celebrated our daughter's Medical School Graduation. the staff was very attentive and did an excellent job in all areas of service. the food was delicious as usual.

    The service was wonderful. The fresh crab appetizer, lamb entree and deserts were amazing. Wine list by the glass was extensive. The wedge salad was average and the New York Strip was dry, bland and tough. No flavor and very chewy. Sometimes restaurants get a bad piece of meat too. The server tried to remedy the steak situation and when that didn’t work, they were kind enough to take it off the bill.
