Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The waiters would leave for twenty minutes at a time. They brought undercooked and cold food to the table. Never return to that location.

    Always a pleasant time here having dinner with out of town guests. A little pricey. The ambience, location, and service met expectations.

    A friend and I took our husbands for dinner on January 18 to celebrate their respective birthdays. Through Open Table I let the restaurant know about the birthdays, and when we arrived, each of the gentlemen had a birthday card and birthday confetti at the table. We were very impressed and I appreciated it. The food was absolutely delicious and they gave us individualized desserts with happy birthday stenciled on them, which were very pretty and delicious. Our server was Stacy Hane and she made the night perfect for all of us. She even took photos which she gave to us at the end of the night with birthday cards for each of the gentleman to take home. My friend who was there with us said that she wants to come back for her birthday in September and ask for Stacy as our server again. All in all, it was exceptional.
