Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Staff did a great job helping us celebrate my birthday. The manager went out of her way to seat us in a booth when one become became available. as always, the food was great and the atmosphere, relaxing and warm. We have dinner out more than 100 times a year in the capital Grille is absolutely one of the best.

Had a excellent meal they had a wonderful special where you had a 3 course meal for an excellent price. Our steaks were done perfect. Highly recommend this resturant.

Steak was so raw that it was cold and the manager had the nerve to ask me if I would rather have it medium instead of medium rare. It was a total insult and I was not unhappy until the insult. Everyone makes a mistake but it’s how she handled it.
