Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     There are 4 of us who enjoy going to Capital Grill and sitting in the bar area for their "bar" special. It is the best steak sandwich and a glass of wine anywhere. We went on Sunday 2/16/2025 (made a reservation) and were told that menu wasn't available. Our waiter checked with the chef and said they would accommodate us. Our server was Sean and he was the best. Upbeat personality, accommodating and just a pleasure. The only one who was not friendly was the woman who checked us in and showed us to our table.

    I had the pleasure of dining at The Capital Grille for Valentine's Day, and everything was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and elegant, setting the perfect tone for a special evening.

    I had a bone in rib eye & lamb chops… they weee cooked to perfection… the server was extremely friendly & knowledgeable, she didn’t write our orders down & still nailed it… white linen cloth tables, dim lighting & no need to scream over the background noise… this place is a gem!!!

    The food was superb as it always is at The Capital Grille. Steaks done yo perfection and sides very tasty. Service was a bit slow but it was Valentine’s Day so understandable. A 5 star experience indeed!

    We snuck in at 2:45 on Valentine’s Day for a nice lunch early dinner. Despite probably the busiest day of the year we had a delicious, very leisurely meal with wonderful service. Just what we expected! Great experience!

    Valentine’s lunch was not special as I had hoped. We ordered from the lunch menu so the value was there. I didn’t like that they brought our main dish while we were still working on our salads. Then the waitress tried to remove my salad plate while I was still eating!! No special desserts offered for Valentines. Ordinary lunch for a special occasion.
