Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     First time at the Capital Grille, and it was very enjoyable. The food was good - my wife had a salad topped with a salmon filet that was perfectly cooked. I had french onion soup followed by a wedge salad. I asked for some changes in the prep of both and those were provided with no hesitation. Service was very attentive and helpful. Nick, our server, did a great job. Kudos to the restaurant and staff. We will come back.

    Loved the lamb, so intense with flavor! The Caesar salad was divine as always…the dressing is unique and delicious. An abundance of delectable food, we were too full for dessert.

    Went for my husband birthday and requested a booth, so we know they can’t guarantee but they made sure we had a booth. Server Carah was terrific, it was one of the best experiences! Thank you!
