Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We waited almost 45 minutes after our reservation time before we were seated. For a high end steak house, it was extremely disapponting. By the time we sat down, it was too late for year old daughter.

    I brought my grandson for dinner after going to a Providence College basketball game. The food and the service were both excellent. He loved his “filet mignon”. We enjoyed eating on a high top in the lounge.

    This was a wonderful experience! My husband and. I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and my dearest friend! Everyone raved about the food and the service!!

    Things were a bit backed up and not seated until a half hour past our reservation time. To be really nit picky my martini was a bit watered down , over shaken . Otherwise food , service were truly outstanding as usual. Overall a great night out.

    The experience is five star, our server Chris , is the longest employee at Capital Grille, which shows in his knowledge and recommendations. Food is outstanding, portions are large, have a large wine selection, full bar, and homemade desserts. Ambience is fine dining, and you are able to enjoy the evening without feeling rushed.

    When I tried to valet my car I was denied because there were Tom as my vehicles ahead of mine, I had to self park, when I walked back from the garage their were vehicles in line where I had pulled up to, when I questioned the valet he just brushed me off, that was not appropriate , other than that our experience was great
