Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This is an absolutely amazing place and a super wonderful experience that everyone should have if you are looking to dine in this class of restaurant. Everything was superb, the only complaint I have and FYI to anyone making reservations is to ask not to sit next to the kitchen. It was a little loud with lots of foot traffic and hard to hear the people around the table, but we had an amazing time anyway as we always do there. Five stars!!!

    The service was incredible. It’s always consistently great. This team went over and above. Liz and her partner, I don’t remember her name, took care of us like they have known us for years. The food is always perfect. Crab and lobster cakes, lobster bisque, salmon.

    From start (valet service) to finish, almost always an excellent experience. Awesomeness: steaks, our server Alan, bread /butter, support staff. The only slight weakness was the reception ladies. Not as welcoming as they should be.
