Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were seated quickly, our server was there right away. The scallops were tender, the steaks cooked perfect, being Christmas Eve I was impressed even more as it is an extremely busy night.

    Our server was fantastic! Made out Christmas Eve dinner wonderful. Did have to send a steaks back because they were not done right. But over all was a great dinner. Definitely good for a special occasion.

    We had a lunch starting at 1pm on Dec 24. The restaurant was unusually quiet as we beat the rush by 2 hours. Food was excellent and augmented by the service provide by our waiter Marco.

    We go to CG for most of our special occasions including Christmas Eve every year. Ivan was our server and took such phenomenal care of us, making a point to be sure our meal was special and exceptional. Managers and other staff all came by to check on/take care of us as well and the food was perfect 👌

    The salad was not just small, it was minuscule. My veal chop was burned and severely over-cooked. Fortunately our server, Olivia was great as always and offered to put in another order for a veal chop or something else. I chose a burger and fries because I was a bit impatient at that point and was ready to eat. The burger & fries were just fine. We’ll be back because we enjoy having Olivia take care of us but last night was a very disappointing experience.
