Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We went to TCG for my son’s graduation. They had confetti on the table and a hand written letter congratulating him. What a nice touch!! They even gifted him with desert!!! Excellent service. Food was spectacular, like always. Recommended 100%.

    Capital Grille always delivers. Great food, great service. Bryan was outstanding and the food runners operate with perfect coordination. We always love the grand plateau seafood tower. It was a nicely-sized appetizer for 6 of us.
