Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     There appeared to be kitchen issues today. Food order was very delayed. Also even with reservations we were given one of the tables by the kitchen . As regulars this was surprising.

    Excellent meal. Very attentive server. Noise level high when two large parties were seated in our room. They brought us a sample dessert tray to apologize. Highly recommend.

    Had a wonderful dinner here again last night. This location is top tier. We got the porcini rubbed ribeye, Gorgonzola crusted ny strip, mashed potatoes & cheesecake + flourless chocolate cake. Everything was 12/10
