   Food and service always excellent. Every time I go I love it except for being seated. Had 515 reservation and it always seems like a challenge for the front desk to find a table even though 50 percent of the restaurant was empty for the first seating. The waiter was outstanding as well as the food and drink’s.

   Plenty of great lunch options with excellent staff! French onion soup and clam chowder are top notch. Will always return for good food and friendly faces.

   Friends joined us for dinner last night, to take advantage of the Waygu Burgers and Duckhorn Wines promotion, which was advertised as only being available in the lounge. The restaurant graciously allowed us to sit in the dining room, which we appreciated. Between us, we ordered all three burgers and wines offered, and no one was disappointed. I had the Blue and Truffle Burger, which, unfortunately was cooked way beyond the medium-rare I ordered, to a medium-well temperature. I did not send my burger back, since even overdone, it was still juicy and flavorful, and I did not want to interrupt my guests’ meal. The Duckhorn Merlot was dry and full-bodied, with dark berry notes. This Bordeaux-style wine should put Merlot on any wine lover’s map! The restaurant provide us with a Celebration Dessert at the end of our meal, a mini flourless chocolate cake and a mini crème brûlée cheesecake we’re both excellent, as always. The Capital Grille staff treated us like valued guests, and we highly recommend this restaurant, which consistently delivers fine food and friendly, professional service. We look forward to more promotional events like the Waygu and Wine experience and the Generous Pour Wine Tasting dinners, offered in the summer months. Thank you, Capital Grille Paramus staff, for an excellent dinner and enjoyable evening!

   The Waygu and wine deal is exceptional. They must make half of their normal margins to offer it at $35.

    Always a good experience, I’m a frequent customer and very fond of all their steaks. Also, the servers and greeters are well selected, professional and knowledgeable. Only issue can be parking outside the restaurant; nothing nearby unless you choose valet.
