   Capital Grill is always a treat. The atmosphere is lovely, they always make you feel welcome , the waiter (Joe ) could not have been more attentive, the food is top quality and delicious. However, the prices have risen to almost intolerable heights ($74-$85 per steak). Wish they had at least midweek special pricing.

   Great food and service as always at this location. Prices keep climbing upwards, so the value proposition (and affordability) are impacted. I still intend to visit this restaurant in the future.

   My husband had the classic 22 oz rib eye. It was tender and cooked to perfection. We shared the calamari. Excellent very spicy. I had the scallops and lobster risotto. Amazing - would definitely order it again.

   Sat at a table in the bar area and I highly recommend it. We typically sit in the main dining room and for our party of 3 it was perfect. Steak au poivre was cooked to a perfect medium and the sauce had great flavor and nice peppercorns to give it that zing. Served Nasir made the night w caring service

   First time I came for lunch. What a great experience. The food was top notch. The service was perfect like it always is. I want to go back tomorrow for lunch but I will probably wait a week. lol

   The Capital Grille does not disappoint. I was amazed at how accommodating the staff was when we called ahead to change the reservation from a party of two to a party of five. Each member of our party has dined at Capital several times. We definitely will ask to be seated with Joe Salvo on our next visit. Joe took great care of us, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and entertaining - especially the wine pour from a distance. We usually finish the meal with the bread pudding, which sadly, is no longer offered. Joe suggested the cheesecake with the brulee crust on top. Solid recommendation. Looking forward to our next visit.

   I have never been disappointed dining at Capital Grille Paramus. I have been dining there for over 5 years. From cleanliness, food quality, to the staff….NEVER a problem. I always recommend Capital Grille Paramus.

   Our server went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was outstanding. Thank you, Jarel! Our assistant server, Jose, was also very attentive. The food is great, but the service made the experience!

    I’ve been here a few times and NEVER a disappointment with the food! Top notch and my favorite is the sliced filet with fig! The coconut cream pie is phenomenal. If I could have that everyday, I’d be in heaven! Def worth it and going back soon! Compliments to the chef!! Only complaint is they need to take away the dirty plates quicker especially on a smaller table.
