   Always enjoy dinner @ TCG, however tonight’s experience was even more enjoyable due to the extraordinary level of service provided by Jay Gomez. She was attentive, yet not hovering…her passion for her job & serving other’s was commendable. She genuinely loves her job, & went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect from the extra stuffed olives, to shared salad that she asked if we wanted “chopped” to the kind gesture of of “NC” celebration tray (dessert). My wife & I have not had service like this since we last dined @ Bern’s Steakhouse in Tampa, Florida. Well done TCG, valet, reception, food & especially Jay made for a night in which we really got more than our monies worth. See U Soon TCG PBG FL.

   I had an amazing dining experience at The Capital Grille! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right moments. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure our meal was perfect. The food arrived quickly, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Every dish was prepared with care, and it was evident that quality ingredients were used. What truly set this experience apart was the genuine hospitality. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find such a combination of great food and exceptional service. I highly recommend The Capital Grille to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon!

   We were seated immediately. We were immediately greeted by our Server Chris Brown. Mr Brown was amazing. Meeting all our food needs for the evening. He did his job with pride and he did it perfectly. The food far exceeded our expectations even though we’ve been to Capital Grille multiple times. However, this night, the food was phenomenal. This was another PERFECT experience at Capital Grille

   Enjoyed our Valentines Day dinner along with my birthday celebration. Delicious seared sea scallops and ahi tuna. Treated to a birthday sampler surprise for dessert. Drinks were outstanding

   Food and service were excellent. Only surprise was there was no lunch menu today which we were looking for the steak sandwich or salad with steak.

    Jason was great. Everything was good but the porcini ribeye. It was not good there. I get these another Capital Grilled and they are amazing. It was not good last night. But I’ll try it again. Great restaurant though.
