Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Food was great, as always. The sea bass was perfectly cooked. Enjoyed it with a glass of the KB Chardonnay that they have by the glass. Aldo was an excellent server too!

    From the start we felt rushed to place our orders for both drinks and food, we weren’t even given the wine list. When the food came it was not great, one filet was cooked at wrong temp. They made a new one but she had to wait quite a bit for it, so we waited to eat and our food was cold. There was zero flavor to the filet and it just wasn’t the caliber of food we expected. We also felt rushed and that we couldn’t enjoy our meals. Were never asked if we wanted coffee or to see a dessert menu. Not in a rush to come back, extremely disappointed. We live here year round we are not seasonal and this is truly disappointing that the quality is so poor.
